What is online ordering?

We offer a pre-order service for our corporate and residential customers via our website. Orders can be made for collection or delivery. 

When do I need to place my order by?

Orders for Friday & Saturday need to be placed by 5pm the Tuesday before delivery. Please ensure you specify your preferred delivery/collection day – either Friday or Saturday.

What times can I collect or receive a delivery?

Fridays between 2pm & 6pm & Saturdays between 9am & 6pm. We will be in touch to confirm your order and delivery slot.


Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order is £65.00.

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across zones 1 & 2 in London. If your postcode is not in our delivery area please get in touch with us and we will see if we can help.

Is there a delivery charge?

There is a £8.50 delivery charge for the following postcodes which are more local to Pineapple Express. These include:

NW1, NW2, NW3, NW5, NW6, NW8, NW11, N1, N5, N6, N19, W1, W6, W9, W11.

There is £15 delivery charge to all addresses in Central London Zone's 1 & 2 outside of this area.

What if my order is late or has missing items?

If something is likely to delay your order we’ll always endeavour to try and call to warn you. If you have not heard from us and your delivery is late, please contact us by phone at  0207 428 0313 or by email on  

How can I pay?

Our website accepts all credit and debit cards, including American Express & PayPal.

Can I order over the phone or via email?

All orders must be placed online. If you have any problems please contact us via phone or email.

Can I send my delivery to a different address?

You can add as many addresses as you want. If you are having difficulties setting up a new address, please get in touch.

Can I make adjustments to the set boxes?

It is not possible to make adjustments to the set boxes. These have all been designed to make ordering easy and include a built-in discount. Please get in touch with any dietary issues you might have & we will do everything we can to help you.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

All our products listed on the website have allergen and nutritional information so you can make an informed decision. Please note that although we take the greatest care in production, due to the risk of cross-contamination, we are not able to wholly guarantee our products are free of the following products: nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soya, gluten, sesame, celery, fish, sulphites, mustard, peanuts, molluscs and crustaceans.

Our goods are delivered cold for your safety.

You can add as many addresses as you want. If you are having difficulties setting up a new address, please get in touch.


We make all of our food fresh, by hand, in our kitchens. Please be aware that all food may contain traces of allergens.

We do our best to ensure that our seasonal menu is prepared for you exactly as ordered, but sometimes we may need to offer a substitution.

Please allow time for your order around our agreed delivery allocation as we are at the mercy of London or urban traffic which can be unpredictable.

One of the toughest challenges with our business model is to operate with minimum impact on the environment.  

All food is prepared with strict safety protocols in a 5-rated food hygiene kitchen. It’s packed in compostable or re-usable tubs or boxes & arrives with a contact-free delivery service. We have carefully sourced our eco-friendly packaging- even our stickers are fully compostable & are made from cane fibres & organic inks.

We would also be delighted to re-use your cocktail bottles if you wish to return them to our drivers.
