When using our online shop, please note that we currently only ship to Central London for our fresh goods & Mainland UK for ambient products.
To ensure freshness of products and to minimise handling times so that orders arrive in perfect condition, orders are delivered by our in-house team. You will be informed of the expected slot by phone &/or email.
All orders require someone to be present to receive them.
Your order can be delivered to an alternative address such as a neighbour or delivered to your place of work if this is more convenient however please bear in mind that many of the products will need to be refrigerated.
Orders for Friday & Saturday need to be placed by 5pm the Tuesday before delivery. Please ensure you specify your preferred delivery/collection day – either Friday or Saturday.
Deliveries will usually be made on Fridays between 2pm & 6pm & Saturdays between 9am & 6pm. We will be in touch to confirm your order and delivery slot.
There is a £8.50 delivery charge for the following postcodes which are more local to Pineapple Express. These include:
NW1, NW2, NW3, NW5, NW6, NW8, NW11, N1, N5, N6, N19, W1, W6, W9, W11.
There is £15 delivery charge to all addresses in Central London Zone's 1 & 2 outside of this area.
Delivery charges are for one delivery to any single address.

Receipt of Delivery
All deliveries should be checked on receipt. If the delivery service is unable to obtain hand over to the recipient as they are out, a card will be left so that a re-delivery (possibly at additional charge) or collection from a local depot can be arranged.
Please note: For fresh food deliveries it is recommended that the package is delivered to an address where it can be guaranteed to be received. If you need to alter the address for delivery prior to despatch, please email email@example.com

Pineapple Express Delivery and its employees cannot be held responsible for an inability to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will however make our best efforts to correct the problem. Please contact our office on 0207 428 0313 to discuss your concerns.
